My name is Rebecca, and I am the founder of V&V. After a 2 1/2 year adventure across the country to decompress from the stressors of life, I returned home and discovered the therapeutic magic of gardening. Like many others out there, I was overworking, losing interest in the things I loved and not taking care of myself. This journey was necessary for me to get back into alignment and regroup. What started as a simple hobby blossomed into a deep love for herbal medicine and natural wellness. As a veteran, I've always found solace in crafting, creating, and staying active. These activities have been my anchor, keeping my mental and physical health balanced.
